What is the process after I contact Proper Clean?

Once you've contacted us and arranged for pick-up, we'll collect your shoes and begin the restoration process. Please allow 5-7 days for the cleaning process to be completed. However, if you require a quicker service, we can accommodate your request.

How will I know when my shoes are ready for collection?

We'll keep you informed throughout the cleaning process. Once your shoes are ready, we'll notify you and agree on a drop-off time that suits you best.

What are the rules for dropping off shoes for cleaning?

Please ensure that you do not bring shoe boxes as they take up unnecessary space. Bring the shoes only, and we'll take care of the rest. Your shoes will be protective wrapped after cleaning for added care.

What payment methods do you accept?

We prefer cash payments for convenience. However, we also accept bank transfers. If you choose to pay via bank transfer, please ensure that the payment is made immediately.

What if my shoes have animal poo on them?

If your shoes have encountered this unpleasant surprise, please inform us in advance. We understand that nobody likes such surprises, and we'll take the necessary precautions during the cleaning process.
